This is a follow-up to our original post from November 2024 about the upcoming Chipotle at 1831 Military Parkway in Mesquite. The restaurant officially opened back in early January 2025, and now that it’s been a few months, the reviews are in—and they’ve got some bite.
Mixed Reviews: In-Person vs. Delivery
Let’s start with Yelp, where the mood is… less than festive. Customers mention skimpy scoops, long waits, and burritos falling apart faster than weekend plans. More than one review hints that the staff might still be getting the hang of things.

But don’t count it out just yet. On delivery apps like Uber Eats, Postmates, and Grubhub, things are a bit more chill. Ratings land in the low 4-star range, suggesting that burrito bowls might just be better enjoyed at home, sweatpants optional.
Final Take: Still Warming Up
Nearly five months in, this Chipotle feels like it’s still finding its rhythm. If you’re visiting in person, keep your expectations—and your burrito wrap—loose. But if you’re ordering in, odds are decent you’ll get a solid meal. We’ll keep tabs to see if this spot eventually settles into its groove or keeps serving side orders of chaos.
