Historical Context and Area Development

Historically, the area surrounding Ranch Road 2338 was predominantly farmland and open spaces. Aerial images from the 1950s show Ranch Road 2338 as the primary infrastructure, with scattered farm properties. The completion of Ronald Reagan Boulevard in 2013 marked significant development in the region.
Between 1997 and 2023, Georgetown’s population surged from approximately 26,000 to over 95,000, leading to substantial urbanization. The forthcoming H-E-B store and the new Benold Middle School to the north exemplify this transformation from rural farmland to a burgeoning community
