The New Lowe’s is Almost Complete in Jacksonville’s St. Johns Community

The new Lowe’s in Jacksonville’s St. Johns community in Florida is nearing completion. Aerial images reveal the progress. The store spans 109,981 square feet and includes a 26,602-square-foot garden center. The site is located north of the Beachwalk Blvd and Old County Road intersection.

Historical images from the 1960s show no development in this area. Significant changes began in the 2010s with the construction of the Crystal Lagoon at Beachwalk by Twin Creeks Development. The opening date for the new Lowe’s store has yet to be announced.
