St. Augustine Costco: More About the Location

Costco Wholesale opened its St. Augustine store in 2022. Located in the World Golf Village area, the store spans 162,785 square feet. It was built across the street from a Buc-ee’s gas station. This Costco includes a Tire Center, liquor store, and gas station. The store is part of the 996-acre World Commerce Center development by Jacksonville’s Steinemann & Company.

The membership-only store is situated south of the intersection at International Golf Parkway and World Commerce Parkway, just off Interstate 95. Aerial images below show what the area looked like before Costco’s construction.
