Aerial image of the new Tom Thumb location in Frisco Texas

A Tom Thumb supermarket will anchor the Lexington Village Shopping Center in Frisco, Texas. Lexington Village is part of a new master-planned community located at the southwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and Coit Road. Upon completion, the community will feature approximately 2,500 single-family homes and 2,200 multifamily units.

23 years ago this location was part the Brinkmann Ranch and Frisco was home to less than 35,000 people.
The whole area is now almost fully developed as shown in this 2023 aerial image. Frisco now has a population of over over 200,000.

The area where Lexington Village is being developed was once part of the Brinkmann Ranch, which was formerly known as the Cloyce Box Ranch. The popular TV show “Dallas” filmed its first five episodes at the ranch before moving to Duncan Acres Ranch near Plano.
