The new apartment complex, Livano Avondale, is being developed in Avondale, Arizona by McShane Construction Company, selected by LIV Development. The complex will be a luxury apartment residence with 316 units. The units will feature high-end finishes such as luxury vinyl tile flooring, granite countertops, tile shower surrounds, and kitchen backsplashes.
Amenities at Livano Avondale include vehicular gated access, a large play pool area with cabanas and hammock swings, covered barbeque grills and gathering areas, a coffee shop, and a sky lounge. There will also be electric vehicle charging stations and an on-site pet center with kennels and an enclosed dog park for residents’ pets.
The development, located at 11575 W. Roosevelt Street, will be positioned on a 14.6-acre site. It will incorporate three two-story, six three-story, and three four-story wood frame buildings. The exteriors of these buildings will be made of stucco, brick veneer, and fiber cement siding.
