This Store Went From Being Save-A-Lot To A New Meat Market In Irving

The closed Save-A-Lot location 1426 N Belt Line Road in Irving, was converted into a Mexican themed meat market store. The Save-A-Lot was closed in 2017 and the location had remained unoccupied for 5 years. It is located to the east of Lady Bird Johnson Middle School and next to a Dd’s discount store.

The building was built in the 1980s and the facade has been renovated to include some windows. Before the 1980s, this location had no development. The images below show the transformation.
