2999 Olympus Blvd is a new office building under construction in the master planned community of Cypress Waters. The building will have 300,000 square feet and 10 stories of space. It will have features which include: open air balconies, putting green, fitness center, structured parking and numerous safety features.
Billingsley Company is a development and property management company behind the project. They have multiple mixed-use developments within the DFW Metroplex. Construction is being done Rogers-O’Brien Construction Company.

About Cypress Waters
Cypress Waters 1,000 acre mixed use development located in Coppell, Texas. The community has over 2.5 million square-feet of office and retail space. Cypress Waters residents receive services from the City of Dallas which annexed part of the land in the 1950’s. North Lake is a part of the community.
Location
The land where the new office building is located was once under the lake as shown in the 2001 aerial image.
