A new Starbucks in downtown Irving is now open. The new coffeehouse is located on the North O’Connor and Irving Boulevard intersection next to Comerica Bank. Downtown Irving/Heritage Crossing Station is to the north across Rock Island Road. The new Starbucks has indoor seating, patio, and drive through. In 2019 Irving City Council approved a Development Agreement for the location with Vaquero Ventures Management, a company based in Fort Worth.
