Gala at Central Park is a new elderly assisted living housing community currently under construction on West Pipeline road in Hurst, Texas. The upcoming community is just north of the Hurst recreational center and Central Park. The building has 3 stories and 94-units. Affordable housing and renewable energy developer, Gardner Capital, is the developer with NDC Corporate and Redstone as financial partners. Construction is being done by Treymore Construction. Gala at Central Park will have one and two bedroom floor plans. Construction began in December 2020 and will be complete early 2022.
