A new Quick Quack Carwash is coming to 3817 San Pedro in San Antonio, according to TDLR filings. The site, located at the southwest corner of San Pedro and Olmos Drive, has been home to a 6,146-square-foot commercial building for 19 years. Development on this lot began in the 1950s with a couple of commercial buildings. In the 1970s, it transformed into a large car lot, likely a dealership. It remained this way until 2005 when the current building was completed.
