The Area’s Transformation Over Time

This location has evolved significantly over the decades. In 1958, aerial images show a farmland-dominated landscape with few structures near Route 17. By the 2000s, commercial and residential development began reshaping the area. Bartlett Station emerged as a growing hub, attracting businesses and community amenities.

Today, the site reflects modern suburban growth. Until recently, this land remained wooded and undeveloped. Recent images show the Publix building nearing completion, with workers putting final touches on the exterior.

A Convenient and Essential Addition

Situated near Route 17 and Carrollton Boulevard, the new Publix is ideally located for easy access. It joins nearby businesses like Royal Farms and the Crossings at Bartlett Station, enhancing shopping convenience for local residents.
