This Will Be The New Grand Prairie Fitness Center Location

3124 State Highway 161, Suite 201 will be home to a new Crunch Fitness center. Construction is expected to conclude by the end of 2025. The fitness center will be part of the large Epic West shopping center, next to the Main Event building along State Highway 161 (President Bush Turnpike).

Home construction in this area began in the late 1990s, and Highway 161 was completed in the early 2010s. A few years later, Epic West Shopping Center construction began. Founded in New York City, Crunch Fitness now has over 435 locations.

In 2001, the 3124 State Highway 161 location was within the reach of Grand Prairie’s urban sprawl. The area was largely undeveloped.
