Situated at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Christus Parkway in Boerne, Texas, the restaurant is expected to be completed by April 2025, according to TDLR filings. Boerne Town Center will also feature a national grocery chain as its anchor and include other well-known fast-food options like KFC and Taco Bell.
Location History
Interstate 10 first cut through this area in the mid-1960s when it was still country land. Christus Parkway was added in the early 2000s, paving the way for more development. Construction for Boerne Town Center began in 2023, transforming the landscape once again.
