Exciting Transformation: Carl’s Jr. to Become Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins in Rosenberg!

The closed Carl’s Jr. building at 23601 Southwest Freeway in Rosenberg, Texas, will be transformed into a new Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins, according to TDLR filings. The 12-year-old building is part of the Brazos Town Crossing shopping center. Rosenberg is in the southwest end of the Houston metropolitan area. Dunkin’ Donuts, founded in 1948, was acquired by Baskin-Robbins’ holding company Allied Lyons in 1990. Historic aerial images show the area was undeveloped and used for agriculture in the 1950s. The conversion is expected to be complete in October 2024.
