Houston’s Texas Medical Center Helix Park will welcome a new Potbelly Sandwich Shop at 7255 Helix Park Avenue. This exciting addition comes from recent filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Located in Houston’s Medical Center Area, Texas Medical Center Helix Park started its transformation in 2021 from a parking lot into a dynamic hub.
Historical images show the area’s evolution from a small residential zone in the 1940s. Potbelly, founded in Chicago in 1977, began its expansion in the 1990s. Now, with 427 locations across the United States, Potbelly is renowned for its hot sandwiches, soups, shakes, smoothies, potato chips, and cookies. The new Helix Park location is anticipated to open by October 2024.
