Residence Inn by Marriott is building a new hotel on East Trinity Mills Road in Carrollton. The hotel will rise on an empty lot next to a Lowe’s Home Improvement store and Legent Orthopedic Hospital, just off President George Bush Turnpike. The six-story hotel will feature popular amenities such as a breakfast area, fitness center, and indoor pool. Historical aerial images show this is the first development at this location since the 1950s. The project is expected to be complete by March 2026.
