According to TDLR filings, The Milkshake Factory, a dessert-centric eatery, will soon open at 919 East Northwest Highway. The new property is already home to popular fast-casual restaurants Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Dutch Bros and will house The Milkshake Factory in suite 300. This lot is experiencing its first major development. Nearby landmarks, such as Great Wolf Lodge and the Gaylord Texan Resort, appeared in the early 2000s.
