Upcoming Four Seasons on the corner of Cedar Springs Road and Turtle Creek In Dallas.

A $475 million Four Seasons Hotel project will begin construction at 3001 Turtle Creek Blvd in the upscale Oak Lawn district of Dallas. The new Hotel will have 240 rooms, 118 condo units, a 4-level underground parking garage, and a 10,000 square feet ballroom. All together it will cover a total of 1,100,000 square feet. The site is west of the Turtle Creek Blvd and Cedar Springs Road intersection.

The project is developed by Carpenter & Company and designed by HKS Inc. In 2017 the same address was earmarked for a different project by Pickard Chilton, a 17-story Class-A office building developed by Hillwood Urban.
