Plano based Main Event Entertainment opened a location in Waco, Texas in 2021 at 2420 Creekview Drive. Waco’s Main Event is located in the Cottonwood Creek Market entertainment district next a Cinemark theater. The 48,559 square foot complex was developed by NewQuest Properties, a company based in Houston, Texas. Main Event entertainment centers have a wide variety of arcade games, food and beverage areas and birthday party facilities.

Cottonwood Creek Market is a 143-acre entertainment and dining district located along Interstate 35 South with 285,000 square feet of retail space. In April 2021 Top Golf opened a location in the district.
