Waco’s Cinemark Theatre was opened in 2022 at 2400 Creekview Drive. The theatre is located in the master-planned 143-acre Cottonwood Creek Market which was developed by Houston’s NewQuest Properties.
NewQuest is based in Texas and has over $2 billion in assets. in 2020 Cinemark briefly closed their theatres after a decline of in revenue because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Waco Cinemark Features
Waco’s Cinemark has 1,115 seats in 14 theatres. All theatres have electric-powered seats and wide screens with 4K digital projection, enhanced sound systems and 3D capability. The lobby has a concession stand and food and beverage options.

In 2019 Cinemark confirmed plans to build the new theatre and an intermodal container was used to mark the location.
Cinemark is a part of the Cottonwood Creek Market development. The mixed use development also has a Topgolf.
