A new Starbucks Coffee Shop is now open in Irving Texas. Located next to the Airport Freeway Irving Wal-Mart, the new Coffee House is an addition to the El Pollo Loco restaurant which was built on the same corner in 2017. Irving’s new Starbucks has a drive-thru and can be accessed from the Airport Freeway (Texas State Highway 183) and Estrada Parkway.
Venture Commercial Real Estate is developing the land which will eventually include shop space. Construction being was done by Harrison Construction, a company based in Fort Worth.

Location
Development for the site began in the 1970’s. The building that used to be in this location was razed in 2011 and the area remained undeveloped until the construction of El Pollo Loco in 2017.
