Megatel Homes developed the townhome community within Founders Parc, offering various floor plans with modern designs. These townhomes are now sold out, reflecting their popularity among buyers.
In 2020, Embrey Partners completed Domain at Founders Parc, a 285-unit multifamily community. This complex offers contemporary living spaces and amenities such as a resort-style pool, fitness center, and resident lounges. Embrey sold the property in June 2021, indicating strong demand and successful lease-up.
The community’s amenity center, including a pool and fitness facilities, was approved by the City of Euless, with construction completed around summer 2020.
