Huntington Place Senior Living: New Development to Begin in Garland

The plot at 1540 Edgefield Drive in Garland has been vacant since the 1950s, as confirmed by historical aerial imagery. Surrounding homes, constructed mainly in the late 1950s and early 1960s, encircle this undeveloped lot. This static state is about to change with the scheduled construction of a new senior living complex, Huntington Place Senior Living. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), the project is expected to begin August 2024.
