North Texas Will Have a New Home Depot At This Location

Celina’s rapid transformation continues with the upcoming Home Depot at 3425 S Preston Road, part of a larger commercial boom in the area. The Celina City Council approved an incentive agreement on December 19, 2024, paving the way for this 137,781-square-foot store, which will feature a Garden Center.

  • Expected Opening: Mid-to-late 2026
  • Location: Northwest corner of Ownsby Parkway & Preston Road

This Home Depot will sit across from the future Costco, forming a new retail hub at this growing intersection.

Celina’s Retail Boom: The Crossing at Moore Farm

The surrounding area is evolving into The Crossing at Moore Farm, a 77-acre mixed-use development. Alongside Costco, this project will bring a Lowe’s, other big-box retailers, restaurants, and shopping destinations.
