The Celina City Council approved an incentive agreement on December 19, 2024, paving the way for this 137,781-square-foot store, which will feature a Garden Center.

Celina’s Retail Boom: The Crossing at Moore Farm
The surrounding area is evolving into The Crossing at Moore Farm, a 77-acre mixed-use development. Alongside Costco, this project will bring a Lowe’s, other big-box retailers, restaurants, and shopping destinations.
Aerial images show active foundation work, hinting at an open-air shopping center to serve Celina’s booming population. This area was once farmland but is now becoming a commercial epicenter.
