The new Target store at Prasada North in Surprise, Arizona, is getting closer to opening. If you’ve driven by recently, you may have noticed that the exterior is completely finished, and hiring is already underway. While Target hasn’t announced an exact opening date yet, their official site lists it as coming in Spring 2025.
What’s Coming to Prasada North?
This new 150,000-square-foot Target will be a key part of the Prasada North shopping center, located at 14101 N. Prasada Parkway—just north of Village at Prasada. It’s joining a lineup of other retailers and restaurants, including:
- Sportsman’s Warehouse
- Boot Barn
- Shake Shack
- First Watch
- sneakybird
- Verizon
- Chase Bank
If you’re in the area, this means even more shopping and dining options coming soon.
When Will It Open?
While Target hasn’t given an exact date, Spring 2025 is the target window. With hiring underway and the building complete, it looks like the final touches are coming together. Expect an official announcement soon.
Location History
Aerial images of this location date back to the 1950s when the area was primarily farmland. By the 2000s, housing developments began to transform this part of Surprise, and expansion continues today. An official opening date for the Target has yet to be listed on Target’s website. Stay tuned for updates.
