City documents confirm that BJ’s secured land in the Village at Gateway development. The Grand Prairie Planning and Zoning Commission approved the site plan, which includes:

-Eight fuel pumps for members.
-A prime location surrounded by IKEA, Bass Pro Shops, and Raising Cane’s.
