Sprouts Farmers Will Anchor This New Center in Woodbridge Township

A new shopping center, Cloverleaf Center, is under construction in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, with Sprouts Farmers Market as its anchor store. Located just north of the intersection of Routes 1 and 35, the center is set to bring new life to an area with a long and evolving history.

Historically, this region was much less developed. Aerial images from the 1930s reveal a sparsely built landscape dominated by a cloverleaf intersection, a design that was later revamped in the late 2000s. The last significant structure in this location, built in the 1950s, was demolished during the redesign, making way for this new phase of development.

Cloverleaf Center, situated near the Clover Leaf Memorial Park cemetery, will soon serve the community with Sprouts Farmers Market, a grocery chain known for its fresh, natural, and organic products. Since opening its first store in 2002, Sprouts has rapidly expanded to over 400 stores across 23 states.
