Construction will take place at 3800 Robinson Road, a wooded area located at the northeast corner of President George Bush Turnpike (State Highway 161) and Interstate 20. This area has a rich history, with a few scattered buildings present in the 1950s near Fish Creek. The landscape changed significantly in the 1970s when Interstate 20 was built, followed by the construction of President George Bush Turnpike three decades later.
