425 West Wilshire Blvd in Burleson once housed the China King Super Buffet, but the building was demolished in 2023. Now, the location will welcome a new type of eatery. Einstein Bros Bagels plans to open a new location on the same lot, next to the Burleson Shopping Center.
The site saw no development until 1988 when the building for China King Buffet was constructed. According to TDLR filings, construction for the new Einstein Bros is expected to be complete by February 2025.
