Georgetown H-E-B: New Store is Being Built at This Location

Georgetown will soon welcome a new H-E-B at 10110 RM 2338. The 110,000-square-foot store will feature a fuel station and will be part of the new Parmer Ranch Marketplace. This marketplace is within the Parmer Ranch Mixed Use Development, a master-planned community.

Aerial images show the evolution of this area, dating back to the 1950s when Ranch Road 2338 was the only major infrastructure, surrounded by spaced-out farm properties. Ronald Reagan Blvd, completed in 2013, is a recent addition. These images illustrate the area’s transformation from 1997 to 2023, as Georgetown’s population grew from approximately 26,000 to over 95,000.

The 2023 aerial image illustrates significant development, including the upcoming H-E-B store and the new Benold Middle School construction to the north. The area is transforming from rural farmland to a burgeoning community hub with major infrastructure developments like Ronald Reagan Blvd.

The H-E-B store is expected to be complete by the summer of 2025. Parmer Ranch will also include a 10-acre park and new single-family homes.
