This is Where the New Dollar Tree Store Will Open in Colleyville

Town Center Colleyville, a shopping hub established in the early 2000s, is welcoming a new addition to its retail mix. Dollar Tree, a well-known discount retailer, is preparing to launch a new store at 5615 Colleyville Blvd Suite 100. The suite, which has been vacant until now, will soon be revitalized with the opening of the store, offering more than 11,000 square feet of shopping space.

The area where Town Center Colleyville is today was not developed until the early 2000s when this Google Earth image was captured. Before the shopping mall was built, the location was a large open area with a mix of cultivated plots, possibly fields, and areas with trees or shrubbery in 1950s aerial images.

Scheduled to be complete by August 2024, this development is part of Dollar Tree’s ongoing expansion efforts. With a history spanning 71 years, the company has established over 15,000 locations in the US and Canada, catering to budget-conscious consumers seeking value.
