A New Self-Service Car Wash Facility Coming to Azle Texas

Construction is underway for a 3,965-square-foot self-service car wash at 905 Boyd Road in Azle, Texas. Katie’s Express Carwash facility will feature vacuum and pay station canopies, enhancing convenience for users. The new carwash is located between a RaceTrac gas station and the Wellington Oaks shopping center. The site was formerly occupied by a residential house visible in aerial imagery since the 1950s. This area transitioned from residential use to commercial development in the early 2000s. The transition in this section of Boyd Road began with the construction of the shopping center and the completion of RaceTrac in 2008. Katie’s Express Carwash construction is scheduled to be completed July 2024.
