Grand Prairie will welcome it’s 6th Taco Bell at the bustling Lake Prairie Towne Crossing shopping center. The Mexican-inspired fast food restaurant will open in the southern tip shopping center at 5284 S State Hwy 360. Lake Prairie Towne Crossing is anchored by Super Target and Home Depot stores. This upcoming Taco Bell will be built directly in front of the Home Depot, along SH 360.
Lake Prairie Towne Crossing was completed in 2007. Before the shopping center, aerial images from the 1950s show the site as farmland with a few buildings along West Camp Wisdom Road. SH 360 frontage roads cut through the area in the early 1990s, but the highway was completed by 2018.
The first Taco Bell opened in California back in 1962. Today, they have over 8000 locations around the world. This will be the 6th in Grand Prairie.
