Wells Fargo, one of America’s leading financial institutions, is setting up a new office in Las Colinas. The massive development is on 401 W. Las Colinas Blvd and covers an expansive 850,000-square-feet on a 22-acre site. Construction is on the southeast corner of the West Las Colinas Boulevard and Promenade Parkway intersection. The campus will be Wells Fargo’s first net-positive energy facility generating more energy than it consumes. The development will have rooftop solar panels, electric vehicle charging stations, and the use of native plantings to reduce water consumption. Wells Fargo’s New Campus is on track to receive the LEED Platinum environmental certification.

Features
Features will include well-being rooms, state-of-the-art gyms with remotely led classes, and easy access to outdoor activities. Employees can look forward to nearby walking and bicycle trails, a cycling studio, and even four golf courses. There will also be a world-class food hall with open-view cooking stations. The campus will also house a library equipped with a high-tech workshop space and a tech express lounge.
