Wild Fork Foods plans to build a new location in Las Colinas, Irving, Texas. The specialty meat store is replacing a Chevron gas station located at 7201 State Hwy 161. The project has received zoning approval from the City of Irving and the estimated square footage of the planned building is 4,500 ft. The site is just north of the Pediatric Center of Las Colinas and the Las Colinas Whole Foods Market. There are currently 5 locations in the DFW area.

The new Wild Fork Foods is replacing the Chevron Gas Station on the northeast corner of the MacArthur and President Bush Turnpike.

Wild Fork Foods specializes in a wide range of meats. Founded in 2017 and owned by JBS, the world’s largest meat packer, it offers products that range from conventional meats to exotic options like alligator and ostrich. Wild Fork also offers online ordering, subscriptions, in addition to in-store shopping.

The Chevron gas station building was built in the early 1990s.

Location History

The Chevron station, built in the early 1990s, has been a longstanding fixture at the northeast corner of North MacArthur Blvd and President George Bush Turnpike. Based on historic aerial images, it was the first major development on the site.
