Costco Wholesale is moving its Westminster Ontario location to a new building less than 400 meters south of the current building. The new building is expected to be at least 40,000 sq. ft. bigger than the current one.

At 160,000 sq. ft., the new building is being built on Dingman Drive and will have fuel service and a lot more parking space. PenEquity Realty is developing the building as part of the new Gateway London Shopping Center. The move is expected to happen in November 2022 according to Costco’s website.
