A new Lowe’s opened in the Leland Town Center at 3572 Leland Town Center Drive, North Carolina. The home improvement giant opened this location September 2023.

The new Lowe’s is at the corner of Gateway Blvd and Ocean Gate Plaza and to the east of the Leland Walmart Supercenter. Below are aerial and street view images of the area before Lowes.

Location History

Same site in 1998 when Leland had approximately 2000 people.
By 2004 the northern part of the site was cleared and an ALDI was built in 2017.
Lowes is planned for the western of Leland Town Center.
