Location

North Fort Worth will soon have another new apartment complex. Solay Fort Worth Apartments are currently under construction on Harmon Road, north of U.S. Route 81. Solay will have one, two, and three bedroom apartments. It is being developed by Davis Development, a company based in Stockbridge, Georgia.

Fort Worth has seen rapid growth since 2000 especially to the north of downtown Fort Worth along Interstate 35 West With many new communities and retail centers.

Location

Before construction began in February 2021

Harmon Road is currently being expanded and is one of the oldest roads in this area. This location was undeveloped until the construction of U.S. Route 81 and nearby Interstate 35 West in the 1960s. In the 2010s the area began to see rapid development which has continued into the 2020s.
