Now open in Dallas Texas is The Legacy Midtown Park. A Jewish non-profit charitable organization for seniors called The Legacy Senior Communities owns the property. The community has 184 independent living apartments, 36 memory care residences and 54 suites for short-term rehabilitation. Construction began in July 2018 and ended in 2020. The closest highway to the community is U.S. Route 75.
