Starbucks Coffeeshop In Downtown Irving Texas
Construction is underway for a new Starbucks Coffeeshop in downtown Irving. The new coffeeshop will be located on the North O’Connor and Irving Boulevard intersection next to Comerica Bank. Downtown Irving/Heritage Crossing Station is to the north across Rock Island Road. The new Starbucks will have indoor seating, patio, and drive through. In 2019 Irving City Council approved a Development Agreement for the location with Vaquero Ventures Management, a company based in Fort Worth.

A building was once in the same location from the 1960’s until the late 2000’s when it was razed.
The block remained undeveloped until construction for the new Starbucks began in 2021.
