Coming Soon! Starbucks Restaurant In Irving Texas
A new Starbucks Restaurant is currently under construction in Irving Texas. Located next to the South Irving Wal-Mart, the new Coffee House will be an addition to the El Pollo Loco restaurant which was built in 2017.
Venture Commercial Real Estate is developing the land which will eventually include shop space. Construction is being done by Harrison Construction, a company based in Fort Worth.

Development for the site began in the 1970’s. The building that used to be in this location was razed in 2011 and the area remained undeveloped until the construction of El Pollo Loco in 2017.
