The new apartment complex is on FAA boulevard, close to the Texas State Highway 360 and Texas State Highway 183 intersection. Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport is a 7 minute drive.

Hanger 19 apartments were built on what used to be part of the Greater Southwest International Airport. The airport was opened in 1953 and was eventually closed in 1974 when the Dallas-Fort Worth International airport was complete. Today all that remains of the old airport is a small part of one of the runways, just north of Texas State Highway 183.
